From the venue: Venus started at the end of March 1999 by a team of promoters who longed to find the perfect sized venue to be able to create fantastic atmosphere with the very best DJ’s and music the scene has to offer... A venue that would also be free from idiots, beer monsters and trouble causers. “We would rather have quality than quantity”, is our moto, and it is that together with our unique blend of music, fantastic crowd and atmosphere that ensures Venus goes from strength to strength as each week and year goes by. Each week Venus brings you the UK's cream of the crop house DJ’s that are not there because of a name, but because they know how to rock “OUR” crowd... And many have become legends because of that!
